At VistaVu Solutions, we began the new year with some exciting news: the acquisition of Quintel Management Consulting’s SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition and SAP ECC practices. This is VistaVu’s fourth major acquisition, and it’s special because it significantly increases the value we’re now able to offer our customers.
First, some background: S/4HANA Cloud, private edition is SAP’s modular cloud ERP system that offers a tailored-to-fit solution for large enterprise-level businesses. It is nothing less than the next-generation platform for big business management systems.
With the Quintel-MC acquisition, VistaVu can now offer its customers a clear migration path to the optimal SAP ERP solution through every stage of their business’s evolution. We now have the ideal ERP solution across the full scale of business size and complexity, thanks to our newly updated SAP product portfolio which includes:

- SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition
And of course, VistaVu still offers its own innovative products and services that extend the business value of SAP ERP systems:
- Resolv – for wholesale distribution operations
- FieldVu – for field services management
- Boomi – integration platform as a service (iPaaS)
