Members of the VistaVu team attended the 2019 SMB SAP Innovation Summit in Orlando where they took home three SAP awards for 2018 including Highest Revenue Growth, Top Innovation Partner and Top Renewal Partner.
The SMB Innovation Summit is a hands-on, interactive conference that brings together SAP partners and customers in the midmarket SAP Business One and SAP Business ByDesign space. VistaVu was in attendance as one of our innovation projects was presented during the conference. We were honored to have been recognized by SAP with these three awards. The criteria used for determining the awards were:
Highest Revenue Growth: year over year revenue growth for the SAP Business ByDesign partner channel
Top Innovation Partner: determined by the North American SAP field personnel based on partner innovation from 2018 including Packaged offerings, collaboration with SAP, and innovation the partner is delivering to the end customer
Top Renewal Partner: year over year partner renewal growth for the SAP Business ByDesign partner channel
Through the digital core of SAP, we’ve been able to provide customers with innovative solutions. When working with customers, VistaVu makes it a priority to not only implement an ERP system, but to constantly innovate new ways to improve processes. Recently we worked with a customer to provide an IoT solution for managing smart rentals. This solution automated the entire workflow from initial scheduling and dispatch out to the field and back home again. Solutions such as this solve real business problems, increasing efficiencies across the organization.
In order to provide meaningful technology solutions to customers, we must first understand the challenges that they face. It is through continued conversations and feedback that we are able to understand each customer’s unique strategic needs to focus our initiatives. We conduct quarterly Net Promoter Surveys (NPS) to get feedback on our customer’s experience to improve our internal processes. These surveys help us to plan for the future based on what our customers want and need. Some of our customer initiatives include:
- Biweekly product enablement webinars focused on customer requested topics
- SAP Business ByDesign User Enablement LinkedIn group
- Customer Journey mapping to better understand different experiences
